Description **Job Description**

Facilities Administrator needed in Bloomfield, CT! Seeking a reliable, dedicated person to assist on a temporary basis. Duties include but not limited to, administrative support, conference room and food service coordinator, work-order processing, internal move assistance, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Duties:

-Provide Administrative support to the manager and supervisor levels of facilities operations

-Assists other staff members in the implementation and organization of internal building to building moves. May be involved with communicating and coordinating with movers, vendors and other internal/external staff members as required

-Assists with the initiation of purchase orders as requested by management or other involved parties

-Answers phone lines for incoming maintenance calls. Dispatch appropriate staff members accordingly

-Takes maintenance requests, distributing and closing out work orders as required. Coordinates service requests as needed

-Daily contact with vendors and contractors to schedule miscellaneous repairs and maintenance

-Work with facility management to ensure completion of all special project work as assigned

-May perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

Duration: Temporary (approx. 13 weeks)

Hours: 40 hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)

Skills, Education and Experience:

-Minimum 3 years related work experience

-General computer knowledge

-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Must be dedicated to the highest quality and customer satisifaction

-Excellent written and oral skills
