Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Kelly Services is immediately hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for one of our customers in Phoenix, AZ. Our customer is a leading Biotech/Pharma companies in the area and they are actively searching for an experience, organized mechanical individual to join their team.


Hours:


M-F 7AM-330PM


Pay: 65k+ DOE


Responsibilities:


Performs timely preventive maintenance on equipment according to the site preventative maintenance schedule and documents all work performed on the appropriate forms according to approved procedures and Good Documentation Practices.

Develops and maintains Preventive Maintenance / Calibration schedule, PM / Calibration calendar, and creates purchase requisitions for all outsourced equipment repair services according to company procedures.

Performs repair and service on equipment according to manufacturers operation manuals and documents all work performed on the approved form.

Sources and recommends equipment and facilities service providers for major repairs or preventive maintenance that is beyond the capability of current maintenance personnel.

Identify cost savings as it relates to outsourcing of facility and equipment repair. Determine the need to increase internal capabilities to address existing and future needs.

Greets and escorts service/repair technicians, electricians, etc. from the lobby to the job site and back, ensuring compliance to all company safety and cGMP procedures.

Reviews and approves various service reports for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.

Other duties as assigned by Director of Facilities & Equipment that may include facility upkeep, light construction work, painting and administrative tasks related to Facilities & Equipment department.



Qualifications:


+ Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. High School diploma required.

+ Minimum of 2 years of previous maintenance supervisory experience in a cGMP, pharmaceutical or medical device related industry is preferred.

+ Demonstrated competency of electrical, mechanics, and pneumatics principles are required.

+ Excellent ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment is required.

+ Experience using various hand and power tools, machine shop equipment, electrical testing equipment, measuring instruments and other devices is required.
