**Title:** **Field Service Account Representative**







**Job Responsibilities:**









**_Temporary Position: 2018 Open Season for the Federal Employee Program will run November 12 through December 10._**



**_Job will begin starting in mid-September and go through the end of Open Season._**




+ Organize, plan, and conduct Open Season Health Fairs, meetings, and presentations while actively influencing federal employees to



enroll in our products.




+ Attend federal employee conferences, conventions, and other sponsored public relations events.

+ Understand the FEHBP and FEDVIP benefits, and eligibility/enrollment issues to effectively educate agency contacts, FEP members,



and prospective customers.




+ Maintain positive relationships through outstanding customer service and high satisfaction levels for all Arizona federal agencies.

+ Maintain close surveillance over competition and marketplace.

+ Provide information to current and potential enrollees to highlight and explain benefit enhancements and/or new plan year changes.

+ Follow up on leads and referrals and respond to inquiries from members and HR staff within the various federal agencies.

+ Employ consultative skills to ultimately influence the decision-making process.

+ Travel to federal agencies in assigned area as needed to meet or exceed established goals.

+ Travel can be overnight and some weekends.

+ Collaborate with manager to brainstorm opportunities and ideas to better engage the military population for FEDVIP.





**Job Requirements:**





**Required Work Experience**




+ 3 years of service or work in the U.S. Armed Forces (active duty, reserve & guard forces, veterans and retirees, or military family members)

+ 1-3 years of experience in face-to-face customer service, field service, client services, or related field





**Required Job Skills**




+ Communicate effectively in a group or one-on-one setting

+ Intermediate PC proficiency

+ Ability to work with minimal supervision

+ Establish and maintain working relationships in a collaborative team environment

+ Ability to deal with unpredictability all while achieving expected results

+ Ability to represent and display professional style, pride and adhere to corporate policies and procedures

+ Maintain confidentiality and privacy

+ Understand the needs and requirements of customers and potential customers

**Required Education**




+ High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study









**Required Licenses**




+ Valid Arizona driver license with acceptable driving record:
