_This is an outsourced role with Kelly OCG (Outsource Consulting Group). You will receive full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, paid vacation, Holidays, sick time etc._

**Length of assignment is until 12/18 and can be extended.**

**Rate: 25-30/hr based on experience.**

The Specialist is the subject matter expert (SME) for an assigned Field Logistics location. The Specialist provides superior key account and sales team partnership and accelerates growth by building strong and collaborative relationships with external customers and internal business partners. In conjunction with a 3rd party logistics vendor (3PL), the specialist will assist in the location, retrieval, and management of Field Assets. This position is responsible for providing superior, specialized service to sales consultants, in a professional, timely and self-directed manner. The key customer-facing activities include order creation for loaner equipment in multiple operating systems, complex orders, billing, efficient/effective handling and resolution of escalated issues and inquiries, including sales order management activities as well as supporting customer relationships within assigned business specialty area. This position will require in-depth knowledge of each operating company’s policies and procedure, as well as close interconnectivity with varies areas, regions and sales teams. Must possess high-level multi-tasking and organizational skills. The operations specialist will perform activities in backend systems, as well as managed software. The operations specialist works with the sales force to provide revenue management in the form of billing of audited sets as well as handling disputes. The Operations Specialist proactively contacts Sales Consultants and other business partners, and conducts training of new resources and others as appropriate. This role requires that all internal quality controls are adhered to, as well as process and service quality guidelines.


+ Bachelor’s Degree - MUST HAVE. Prefer in Bioscience, Biology, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
+ 1 to 3 years of in depth business knowledge with high customer focus

+ In depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and JDE
+ Adept organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
+ Works independently.
+ Able to influence without direct reporting responsibility
+ Key Account Management Skills
+ Serves as subject matter expert for the business
+ Advanced problem solving and analytical experience.
+ Prior working experience working in real-time environment, managing achievement of competing priorities and deadlines and/or case coverage.
+ Strong analytical, working knowledge of Lean methodology and/or certification preferred.
+ Demonstrated leadership as well as proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partnerships.
+ Strong expertise in MS Office application and Internet navigation
+ Ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs to meet business needs.
+ Business knowledge of other functional areas such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Quality,
