Kelly Services is seeking qualified candidates for **Field Sales Managers** ! This a **long-term contract** position with one of our automotive clients in **the Rochester, NY area.**

Seeking a candidate that has a strong background in working with automotive dealerships! You will be promoting the clients Services Products throughout a designated region. Willingness to travel is a must!

You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement of the client services throughout a designated region of non-franchised related businesses such as independent automotive dealerships, service centers, car washes, etc. Seeking a candidate with a strong sales and account management background. Automotive background preferred.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Ability to travel 90 percent throughout the week - this includes local and overnight travel

+ Increase customer acquisition and engagement of OnStar & Connected Services by directly working with non-GM Franchised dealerships and other automotive related businesses

+ Initiate dealer interactions, meetings, training, promotions, and sales contests throughout assigned territory

+ Conduct training calls with dealership/business personnel on the portfolio of products, services and the proper delivery process includes managing existing account and developing new accounts

+ Monitor dealership/business performance within your assigned territory

+ Create action plans for improving performance and profitability of assigned territory by analyzing sales and performance reports

+ Influence dealers to install or modify dealership processes to improve performance and dealership profitability

+ Resolve all raised customer satisfaction issues through appropriate channels

+ Use as the software tool to log daily activity and dealer communication

+ Establish effective relationships with non-GM Franchised automotive dealer network and other automotive related businesses within assigned territory

**Required Skills**

+ Proven sales success in previous positions

+ Ability to find and develop new business accounts - familiarity with new and or used vehicle dealership operations preferred

+ Willingness to work hours required to be effective in assigned time zone

+ Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

+ Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Proper use of language, grammar, and diction

+ Ability to travel 90 percent of the time this is not a home office position

**Required Education**

+ Bachelors Degree


+ Home based employment with daily travel to automotive dealerships/service centers in assigned territory

+ Bonus incentive program

+ Overnight work-related travel one to six overnight trips per month, 90 percent travel

+ Company issued GM vehicle equipped with OnStar & Connected Services for work/personal use (payment, maintenance, insurance all paid by the company)

+ Expense and Frequent Flyer reimbursement program which allows employee to retain points and / or mileage from approved work-related travel

+ Laptop and cell phone will be provided

+ Company paid hotspot service to allow for internet while on the road or at home

+ Eligible for Benefits (Paid holidays -follows the approved holiday schedule, two weeks paid vacation, medical/dental insurance, 401K, etc.)"
