Kelly Services is looking for a Direct Hire Field Service Manager in New Berlin, WI

**Details:**


+ Start ASAP, position is open due to a retirement- you will train with this individual until they retire in August.

+ Direct Hire role, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their benefits, vacation, PTO, and holiday pay upon hire. There is no temporary period with an agency.

+ Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

+ Hours: 1st shift hours!

+ Travel: 5% to 10% travel to customer sites if you a Field Service Tech requires assistance.


**Essential Functions:**


+ Manage approximately 13 employees comprised of field service technicians, rebuild technicians, and controller lab technicians.

+ Ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and professional manner

+ Coordinate and communicate service activities with Regional Sales Managers

+ Maintain and communicate all metrics for service monthly

+ Attend and participate in weekly management meetings as required

+ Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure service technicians success

+ Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal, and sales practices

+ Develop strategies to optimize the performance of the service department and its integration into the overall company strategy

+ Take product performance and quality issues from customers and reps and manage internal resources to reach solutions


**Requirements:**


+ Bachelor degree in Business or Technical field or equivalent industry experience and/or 3-+ years of Service Department management experience.

+ Excellent communication skills and influencing capabilities

+ Ability to work with a diverse team to achieve position objectives

+ Strong technical and application understanding of all products

+ Experience working directly with customers, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships

+ Experience and working knowledge of computer MRP/ERP programs

+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings
