Description Our client, the largest Managed Healthcare, for profit firm, is currently seeking a **Finance & Accounting Operations Technician** for an **11+ month contract opportunity** , located in **Cincinnati, OH.**

Overview and responsibilities for the position below;


+ Responsible for performing diverse operational financial and policy activities of a less routine nature. Responsible for maintaining compliance activity, exceptional customer service and data processing and balancing.
+ Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Receives, validates and enters information into Finance systems. Audits documentation for accuracy.
+ Data input with research within mainframe systems. Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines.
+ Resolves more routine issues or questions. Reconciles various system outputs and receives and processes special requests.
The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree, coupled with 2+ years’ relevant work experience within Accounting and/or Finance. Basic Accounting and General Ledger experience preferred. Experience in banking, bookkeeping or accounts receivable a plus. High attention to detail used to validate system reports against production documents. Once trained we would expect the candidates to be able to resolve basic inquiries regarding cash postings in the various systems. Some written communication with business partners will be required.
