**Finance Administrative Assistant -- Phoenix, AZ**



Kelly Services is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to work as a finance administrative assistant for a premier client in Phoenix, AZ.



**POSITION SUMMARY:**




+ Organizes and/or prepares departmental administrative and financial reports; analyzes, summarizes and interprets information; recommends action to be taken

+ Evaluates and recommends operational changes to work unit to ensure effectiveness and compliance with policies and regulations

+ Composes confidential correspondence on own initiative

+ Coordinates business affairs, personnel matters and may interpret policies and procedures

+ Investigates, evaluates and resolves typical administrative/operational problems or situations impacting staff/faculty work unit

+ Serves as liaison to faculty, staff, students, alumni, patients, outside agencies and the public concerning information or complaints

+ Participates in meetings and conferences pertinent to area of responsibility

+ Prioritizes and arranges meetings, conferences and appointments for unit administrator; makes necessary travel reservations and itineraries; determines and prepares background materials needed

+ Handle email responses for 5-7 finance managers, schedule meetings, type up notes from previous meetings, and other projects assigned

+ Will share excel finance spreadsheets to pertinent staff

+ Strong proficiency required in Microsoft Office -- will utilize Outlook and Teams for extensive meeting scheduling

+ Some of the physicians need to do some traveling, and will need help with arrangements, and collecting receipts, and entering updates into the system



**Note:**



Position will be mostly remote, but there will be initial on-site training, and occasional in-person meetings that need to be attended.
