**Employee Specifications:**



Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to deal effectively and influentially with marketing, sales, financial associates and all levels of management



Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously



5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis



Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting



MBA or CPA and commercial experience an asset



Strong PC skills in a wide variety of applications



Position Requires Experience In: SAP Business Warehouse, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, MS Excel Including VBA, MS Access, Qlikview, SAP





**Skill Set Requirements:**





Partner closely with Sales & Channel Marketing Leadership Teams to influence strategic and operational decisions



P&L ownership, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, strategic plans and performance analysis



Drive customer profitability thru pricing, promotional & programming actions



Review, analyze & provide recommendations regarding promotional/new product development initiatives



Work closely with Sales & Channel Marketing teams to drive strategy and develop plans to exceed operating plan commitments



Drive continuous improvement by identifying, developing, and implementing new processes & procedures



Partner with Controllership to drive alignment and adherence to company policies and procedures



Supervise and develop financial analyst
