Kelly is looking for a **Financial Analyst** to join the Finance Operations team of a provider of rehabilitation services in the White Plains, NY area **.** In this role, you will support the networks finance and operations processes which include planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for all clinics within a geographic area. **This is a Direct Hire opportunity.**

**Key responsibilities include:**


+ Analyze clinic trends on P&L and operational levels

+ Interpret and communicate trends to the leadership team

+ Financial modeling on M&A and De Novo activity

+ Develop and maintain dashboards of key performance metrics for the field

+ Collaborate with business partners and FP&A teams to improve accuracy of financial forecasting

+ Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary

+ Assist with other ad-hoc analytics projects, and requests


**Minimum Qualifications**


+ 3-5 years of Finance experience

+ BS/BA in a business-related field (finance/accounting)

+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

+ SQL/VBA/Python/Power BI experience

+ Expert project management skills
