Description and Requirements

The Financial Data and Analysis Manager is a new position at WCG and is at the nexus of finance and operations within the Companys fast-growing Clinical Services Organization (CSO) division.  This role represents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, success-driven professional seeking to promote their career development in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and private equity investments for a transformational and industry-leading company. 

The successful candidate will work with members of the C-suite team that is comprised of seasoned business professionals and will be exposed to many of the top business and scientific leaders in the healthcare and life sciences industry. This position will work with members of the WCG Finance and Senior Leadership teams to support strategic finance projects and M&A initiatives. The position will have direct responsibility for developing and maintaining financial models and plans, evaluating and analyzing financial data for reporting and presentations, and managing and supporting internal finance reporting systems. This position will be hands-on and will require the successful candidate to think critically, own processes, and provide detailed reporting and analysis in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly-growing environment. 

This position is based at WCG Princeton, NJ Corporate office. 

Responsibilities:

        Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and related analyses.

        Product critical weekly/monthly/quarterly financial dashboards, KPIs and commentary for senior management through the use of Excel and reporting tools.

        Manage and support internal reporting systems with a focus on continuous improvement, expansion, and optimization.

        Support strategic M&A and partnership initiative, including: due diligence support, financial modeling, valuations, and integration activities.

        Organize and analyze large amounts of financial data from numerous data sources to deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.

        Evaluate companys financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends.

Education Requirements:

        Bachelors degree required

        MBA preferred

Experience Requirements:

        Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and experience in complex financial modeling.

        Must be able to thrive in an M&A environment and rapidly assimilate financial data from disparate systems and databases in order to produce timely, accurate, and executive-level reporting and analysis.

        Quick learner who is self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and going the extra mile. Must thrive in high pressure, deadline-oriented, dynamic environment.

        Experience managing projects to completion while also being hands-on.

        Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.

        Demonstrated ability to follow established policies as well as effective verbal and written communication skills is required.

        Must be able to influence decisions through clear, data-driven analysis and cogent presentation.

        Must have the ability to work independently receiving minimal instruction on routine work, and general instruction on new assignments.

        Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment and adaptive to change.

        Ability and comfort with presenting financial information to groups.

        Position is highly visible among senior management.

Travel Requirements:

        Occasional travel may be required

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

        May indirectly support or lead others through project assignments.
