+ Monday-Friday, 6 am - 8 am to 2:45 pm or 4:45pm

+ 45 mins of Lunch


**Job Description:**

+ Investigate any customer issues related to lots picked for orders, shortages and overages by running the Lot Tracking Report and End of Line Computer report for that days production to verify counts of what was posted into inventory. Also, double check the picking ticket for the order to verify what was picked and that the order was double counted. Communicate issues to the Finished Goods Manager or Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor.

+ Create and post all work orders for cased product. Allocate all customer orders in a timely manner to make sure correct paperwork is being sent with the orders on trucks. Paperwork accuracy saves time for the accounting department to not have to investigate invoicing errors.

+ Ensure all orders you have for the next day that are leaving before the start of your shift are allocated before you leave, and paperwork is printed.

+ Any orders that are missing information from the picker, verify lot information by physically looking at the order, then allocate to finish the order and print the paperwork.

+ If there are orders picked that are not leaving the next day, try to allocate them so that the Finished Goods Manager & Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor have an accurate inventory report for the next days production meeting. If you are not able to allocate them, email the manager & supervisor so they know what has been picked and has not allocated.

+ Make sure weekly inventory is done in Finished Goods. Coordinate with Finished Goods to make sure that all orders are allocated prior to leaving. Adjust the inventory and document on the Inventory Adjustment Log. Investigate with the Office Manager before making any large adjustments.

+ Investigate discrepancies to determine the root cause. Provide retraining if needed to for recurring issues.

+ Summarize discrepancies quarterly to evaluate progress and present them to management.

+ Look for trends of products that are consistently being adjusted.

+ Perform daily cycle counts of Finished Goods inventory that consistently have issues and investigate any discrepancies.

+ File all paperwork in the front office inventory folder for the month.

+ Review all inventory adjustments at the end of each month to find out the cause of the discrepancy and adjustment, review them with the Office Manager. Keep a log of all adjustments notating if the issue has been resolved and who was involved in the investigation.

+ Issue out damaged inventory in a timely manner, file all paperwork in the front office inventory folder for the month.

+ Verify inventory counts that were posted to Process Pro for the previous day by printing out the End of Line Computer excel spreadsheet and double checking them compared to the BI Report FG Posted Qty. Notate and investigate any discrepancies to fix the inventory. Submit to

+ Accounting Office to be filed.

+ If the End of Line Computer did not record the previous days counts, reset the computer / make

+ sure it is plugged in so that days counts are recorded. Communicate QA Manager or Office

+ Manager if counts still are not recording.

+ Check the FG Count Sheet in the QA Office daily to make sure all FG inventory was posted for the previous day. If anything wasnt posted investigate why and then post it. If there are any items that were not on the schedule (example: cases of cream cheese were made but there was extra and 5lb containers were also made) enter a work order and post the ingredients and packaging. Do this in the morning when you come in. Initial the bottom of the FG Count Sheet that it was checked. If there are any work orders that couldnt be posted because materials were missing, contact a Raw Material Warehouse Coordinator to let her know, post FG once she posts the materials.

+ Assist in posting Finished Goods inventory work orders with the accurate count, lot code and expiration.

+ Daily involvement in troubleshooting issues revolving around finished product storage, orders and shipping.

+ Make sure all open / picked customer orders have been allocated and posted prior to leaving each day by running the Open Orders Summary Report. If all orders are complete, there will be no information on that report for the day.

+ Before you leave each day print the Open Orders Summary Report for the following day. Notate what orders have been allocated and have shipping paperwork printed. Make notes on any orders that have been started but not completed. Leave a copy for night shift and the Office

+ Manager, this will allow them to be better organized at the start of their shift.

+ Assist in the Finished Goods / Shipping department as needed to keep operations running.

+ Assist FG Supervisor in creating written procedures for shipping and FG areas. To assure consistency define processes that are followed by all employees of the department.

+ Submit in Daily Checklist to the Office Manger before leaving each day.
