Description **Job Summary:**

Kelly IT has an opportunity as a Fourth Shift ERP Consultant for an immediate need.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in some or all of the following industry sectors: Manufacturing, Finance, IT applications, operations.

• 8+ year working within a multi-national organization with extensive ERP knowledge (Infor – Fourth Shift)

• Experience on Finance & costing knowledge – Ability to setup GL structure, Master, Chart of Account, etc.

• Experience on Manufacturing Domain – including Item Master, Purchase, Production, Sales etc. Advanced Manufacturing – Lot Management, Multi-level Bills, Price Books for Sales & Purchases etc.

• Experience of dealing with IT experts in different areas (Applications, Infrastructure and operations)

• Experience of dealing with business users at various levels (executive staff, sponsors, subject matter experts, end users)

• Confidence and presence to deal with both business representatives and senior project stakeholders but equally important are the skills enabling in-depth discussions with IT technical SME’s

• Excellent communication skills exhibiting tact and Strong inter personal skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

+ Customer satisfaction survey results at project closures
+ Ability to resolve challenging issues on need basis

+ Head of Global End User Services
+ Business partner network across the SBU’s and Regions
+ Senior management team
External: 3rd party suppliers like Infor, Plex etc.


The candidate should be organized, passionate and goal-oriented who understand what the expectation out of ERP practice is & should be able to define best practices for the product stream.

Should be able to work well under pressure and are comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. They can shift readily between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each. Should poses people skills needed to develop trust and communication and work well in teams. Apart from technical abilities, should have a good idea of the existing company culture & adopt accordingly.

They have a broad and flexible toolkit of techniques, resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled. They adapt their approach to the context and constraints of each project, knowing that no "one size" can fit all the variety of projects. And they are always improving their own and their teams' skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion


Should have an excellent communication skills & should be able to communicate at various levels of people in the organization. Preparing weekly updates, summary of projects, status documents etc. is the basic steps of communication. Uses a variety of routes to get the message across. Asks probing questions to identify and understand differences of view. Explains technical information to non-specialists without using jargon. Timely and consistent communications. Documents decisions.

· Flexible to respond to changing priorities & issues, able to multi-task, work on multiple concurrent projects

· Willing to travel overseas on a need basis and to work out of office hours if necessary

· Able to quickly learn & acquire business knowledge and become conversant with Client ’s systems and applications.

· To resolve conflicts between customers and developers in terms of understanding of requirements, prioritization of tasks etc.

· Good in documentation of activities in a structured way
