-$19-21/hr+ DOE
-Direct hire opportunity
-Full time hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
-Onsite position
Job Description
Ensure employees/visitors entering the facility complete temperature screening
Maintain daily log of anyone without a badge and/or mask
Receive and sign for deliveries (UPS, Fed Ex, Staples, etc)
Distribute mail to employee mailboxes and send mail when needed
Create informational posters for bulletin boards
Answer phone and redirect phone calls
Assist walk-ins, take messages
Manage cold calls (take information and give e-mail if applicable)
Keep lobby and conference rooms clean, water plants
Make copies
Other department duties assigned
Manage and re-order office supplies
Make other purchases as requested (for QA, Ops, Maintenance, etc.)
Create shipping labels (sometimes take boxes to UPS)
Assist in answering job application information
Assist walk-ins and call the visitors contact
Ensure all candidates and visitors touring the facility have PPE prior to touring the production floor
First point of contact for employee questions
Assist Employees with broken badges
Track locker/mailbox information
Assist and/or re-direct invoice inquiries
Scheduling meetings in Outlook
Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year experience in a a front desk/administrative support role
Basic knowledge of Outlook/Word/PowerPoint and Excel
Bilingual preferred
