A local, leading organization is currently seeking experienced Administrative Support in Timmonsville, South Carolina for a long-term opportunity.


Administrative Support role performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as serving as the main point of contact for associate HR questions, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and associate event calendar.

Responsibilities for Administrative Support include but are not limited to the following:

Greet visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

Support data entry into PeopleSoft to process terminations and basic reporting

Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.

Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, associate files, and other material.

Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials, and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.

Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.

Provide continuous customer service to associates from various departments.

Maintain communication board and HR annual event calendar

Support uniform and locker assignments.

Support initiatives that promote associate engagement and morale such as scheduling holiday events, maintain and order associate gear.

Performs other related duties as assigned.


Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High School Diploma

2-3 years in office environment

Demonstrates professionalism & strong customer service

High quality of computer support and work output will be required.

Ability to explain basic policies and procedures.

Position success requires strengths in the areas of confidentiality, accuracy of work, and strong customer service skills.


Hours: Monday Friday (Rotation, hours can change based on business need) 7:30 am to 4:00 pm 8:00 am 4:30 pm Pay for this position is $15.50/hr. based on experience, plus overtime as needed.
