**Front Office Manager NYC/Midtown $30. to $33. hr.**

Our client a well known hotel is looking to hire a Front Office Manager for their Midtown location.

**Duties and responsibilities for this role:**

+ This role manages Front Office operations to ensure profitability, control costs and quality standards and result in total guest satisfaction.

+ Provides leadership, organization, instruction and guidance to Front Office and Housekeeping staff, ensuring quality service is provided.

+ Oversees room reservations, front office systems

+ Manages, supplies inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budget to maximize revenue.

+ Compiles and prepares financial reports, including: rate and availability calendar.

+ Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

+ Ensures completion of daily objectives while maintaining Hotels Brand Standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**Experience needed:**

At least 1 year minimum of working in a hotel, hospitality background.
