Fulfillment Supervisor

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.


The Seasonal Product Fulfillment Supervisor ensures the success of our newest customer products by leading the fulfillment effort, coaching a team of fulfillment specialists, driving adherence to standard processes or procedures, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and providing insights to senior leaders as part of a rapid improvement cycle. This individual will work in-office leading a small team of dedicated specialists who process requests, continually elevating the customer experience through multiple stages as we deliver on the promise of our newest products.


The major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, assignments, and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of management. Coach and lead a group of administrative specialists in the execution of fulfillment processes

Manage day-to-day throughput of fulfillment requests, keeping cases up-to-date and within SLA

Monitor real-time and historical data to identify and flag at-risk cases or process frictions

Facilitate communication and assist both clients and office personnel when they need help with the process

Continually assess the efficiency of the fulfillment operation and help align staffing and coverage

Present reporting at multiple intervals (intra-day, daily, weekly, monthly, and per season) for transactional throughput, operational effectiveness, and conversion

Monitor and report on outlying trends, both positive and negative, to enhance overall program performance

Continue to elevate your knowledge and expertise in our product fulfillment efforts

Publish content to the knowledge base to inform and guide others toward program success

Other related duties as assigned


2+ years of experience in back office administration

2+ years of experience coaching and leading teams

2+ years of experience in direct customer services/support

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel

Demonstrated skill in de-escalating issues and preventing further escalation

Keen eye for trends and the ability to appropriately prioritize actions

Organized, with strong attention to detail, timely delivery, and accuracy

Comfortable and productive working with low supervision

Team player who will foster, manage, and leverage relationships with stakeholders, team members, and end users
