My client needs a knowledgeable and friendly Technical Support Representative to perform basic end-user support and general help desk responsibilities supporting a customer in Germany.

**Here’s scoop:**


+ For this position you must be able to READ, WRITE, and SPEAK fluently in German (and English)
+ You must be able to work remotely from the US supporting the Central European Summer Time Zone (CEST)

+ 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Central Time Zone US
+ You must have 3-5 years of technical support or IT help desk experience
+ That means:

+ Troubleshooting end-user technical issues

+ Assisting with multifactor security authentication

+ Standard tier 1 ticket requests (for example: password resents, Wi-Fi connectivity, Windows support, basic Active Directory management, hardware & software problem solving including installation, configuration, and maintenance)
