Our Fortune 500 oil customer in Gregory, TX is seeking a contract Grader-PWO Coordinator. You will be responsible for the inventory and quality management of site products, handling critical laboratory data and utilizing according to company standards. You will be required to follow and maintain multiple auditable procedures, review and certify the quality of finished products as well as marine and rail quality checks. You will also play a significant role in the maintenance and utilization of our Lab and Site critical data systems and IT.


+ Manage, organize, review, and approve all quality certification data for site products

+ Review and approve marine and rail quality checks

+ Responsible for inventory management of polymer products and railcars

+ Create and send quality reports to the both customers employees and third party contacts

+ Communicate Data and Product irregularities and out of compliance results to the proper employees accurately and effectively

+ Participate in quality investigations and product quality incidents

+ Working directly in Site Inventory and Quality Management and Lab LIMS systems and will be responsible for maintenance and optimization activities

+ Responsible for BCP activities and procedures for IT data systems

+ Site contact for working with Global Master Data Team

+ Troubleshoot systems issues and work with IT and Applications teams

+ Train other Technicians

+ Keep area clean and organized

+ Initiate and execute Data Handling Guidelines when applicable

+ Report to supervision if method discrepancies observed

+ Follow all laboratory methods and procedures rigorously and without deviations

+ Understand general laboratory QA/QC requirements

+ Enter inputs for improvements into Continuous Improvement Database

+ Understand and follow all safety procedures

+ Reports all hazards, illnesses, and injuries, lead/participate in safe work practice team activities, and actively care for all

+ Timely completion of all training

**Job Requirements**

+ A minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in laboratory or Supply Chain and/or associates degree or higher in relevant STEM major

+ Knowledge of Lab testing and data and/or chemical plant products and logistics desirable

+ Computer/LIMS systems and Data Handling aptitude desirable

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ 12-hour rotating shifts, includes weekends and holidays, overtime may be required

+ Demonstrated relevant work experience or education is preferred

+ Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices

+ Effective oral and written communication skills

+ Dependable and reliable

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions

+ Ability to multi-task and work independently

+ Ability to work under general supervision to meet changing priorities and deadlines within a demanding 24/7 work environment

+ Elevated computer systems abilities

+ Proficiency with standard computer software, including MS Word and Excel
