Immediate positions!

We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives to work at a leading healthcare provider! These roles are TEMP TO HIRE after 3 months. Employees will train at both the Allina Commons and Coon Rapids location. Coon Rapids location is located about 5 minutes from the Northtown Mall. Parking is free.

SCHEDULE: Must be available to train from 7am-8m M-F for 3 weeks. After training shift will be 11:30am-8pm, no exceptions. No weekends.THIS IS A SPLIT SHIFT ROLE.

DUTIES:

- Receiving 80+ phone calls daily from patients, guests and family members with questions about Allina's health care services

- You will train in manage switchboard calls, then answering service/critical care calls, then patient registration and scheduling calls

**Requirements**

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of customer service experience, phone base and retail experience are welcome

Strong computer skills are a must, you will navigate at least 3 systems on a daily basis

Typing speed of 30 wpm
