**HELP DESK ANALYST**


**_for a 12+ month assignment-possible extensions!_**

Our Client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to become part of their operations support team.


You will be responsible for providing Level 1 - 2 support and technical assistance.


**Responsibilities:**


Provide excellent Customer Service.


Able to apply customer empathy.


Ability to apply active listening.


Demonstrated ability to work individually or within a team environment.


Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot.


Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and apply the knowledge.


**Skills:**


Excellent communication skills.


Highly motivated and self-driven.


Previous Helpdesk Experience.


Prior related work experience in a technical support environment.


Experienced with Microsoft Outlook / MS Office.


Basic network connectivity trouble-shooting experience.


Proactively monitor various systems to catch problems before they


become outages and to ensure the health and availability of systems, servers, network, etc.


Windows Operating systems (Win7 & Win10).


Trouble-ticket tool experience for documentation and tracking.


**Educational Qualifications:**


Minimum of a high school diploma.

+ **There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.**

+ **MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position.**
