**Summary**



The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for resolving computer users problems by troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and connectivity issues for Kelly Services.



**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**




+ Provide technical support and training to end users for hardware and software.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve computer software and hardware problems as first level support.

+ Maintains and supports all company computer hardware (i.e. PCs, cabling issues, printers).

+ Collaborate with other division locations for system updates.

+ Assist in developing, documenting and managing all IS policies and procedures.

+ May work as in-house consultant and research alternate approaches to existing software and hardware when standardized approaches cannot be applied.

+ Create and maintain documentation including but not limited to: problem resolutions, training material, hardware and software implementation.

+ Route issues outside of scope to appropriate personnel.

+ May train other employees.

+ Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.



**Qualifications**




+ Associates degree in a computer related field and 1 + years in a help desk/technical ticketing role is preferred.

+ Certification in A+ preferred.

+ Knowledge of licensing software laws a plus.

+ Strong experience providing courteous and accurate technical support to end users.

+ Diverse background in technology.

+ LAN/WAN integration knowledge.

+ Solid foundation in Internet technologies.

+ Ability to prioritize and organize workload to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

+ Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, memos and diagrams.

+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and external customers/clients.

+ Ability to disassemble/reassemble electronic devices
