Help Desk- Call Center Agent

Answer questions or solve software problems for clients via telephone or chat from remote location. Provide basic assistance concerning the use of computer software. It will include installation, electronic mail, and use of calendar, instant messaging, video conference, and virtual collaboration, among others.



-Bachelors degree in process on Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Or related field.

-Preferred experience in similar position

-PC Skilled ( MS Office)

-Fully Bilingual ( English & Spanish)
