**Position Summary**

We seek a highly motivated Help desk technician to support our users and manage our endpoints. The ideal candidate needs to understand our R&D (Research & Development) Lab environment and manage the machines within it. Respond and resolve to help desk tickets based on SLA (Service Level Agreements). Provide Tier-1 and above support when needed. Work hand in hand with our Senior Helpdesk Engineers to resolve any user issues. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on tickets resolved, opened, etc. Ensure all our endpoints are always patched and protected.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities** _include the following. Other duties may be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + Manage Windows 10/11 Environment using Intune and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). This includes Windows 10/11 service upgrades, OS (Operating System) security patching, and imaging.

+ Manage Microsoft anti-virus using Intune and Defender ATP.

+ Manage conference room equipment.

+ Support R&D Lab environments.

+ Any office or cubical moves/adds/changes.

+ Provide break/fix support on workstations, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, etc.

+ Help with security audits, threat investigations and threat/vulnerability resolutions.

+ Analyze and diagnose a wide variety of complex computer system problems and determine the impact of such problems.

+ Understands importance of security and always takes security into consideration.

+ Managing help desk ticketing system.

+ Remote support for users residing and traveling to countries outside the United States.

+ Create and Update Documentation for Users and internal knowledgebase.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Degree or certification in a related field


At least 2-5 years End User support experience.

**_Knowledge Requirements_**

+ Knowledge of Microsoft software, including Office365 products.

+ Knowledge of R&D lab environments.

+ Knowledge of networks (wired and wireless).

+ Knowledge of using Microsoft Intune.

+ Knowledge of using Microsoft O365 portal.

+ Knowledge of using Microsoft SCCM.

Tier 1 & 2 level support for Windows, iOS, Android devices
