**Level 1 Agent Cincinnati, OH 45208**


Looking for talented and high energy Level 1 Agents to provide support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. You will be supporting other team members along with possibly training other agents. Communicating in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude is key in this position. Being able to diagnose and analyze issues while providing simplified solutions must be a priority.


**Qualifications:**


+ Associates degree or equivalent work experience in IT related field preferred

+ A+, Network +, HDI and/or Microsoft certifications preferred

+ Experience in customer service or call center environment


**Experience Required:**


+ Working knowledge and comfort level in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & MS Teams

+ Browser support experience (Internet Explorer, Chrome, & Firefox)

+ Password Reset experience

+ Knowledge of Active Directory

+ Ticketing Systems

+ Knowledge of Mobile Device Management


**Daily Functions**


+ Agents will receive incoming Calls/Chat/Emails and tickets from users 30+ a day


+ Communicate with users to identify the issue, document, and escalate issues as needed

+ Work with other team members to support and train fellow agents
