qualifications/experience




+ Adaptable, strong problem solving and communication skills

+ Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network operating system

+ Provide individual training & support on requests- assist PC Users by helping to identify and resolve problems and train PC Users in how to use various software packages

+ Maintain inventory of technology hardware, software & resources

+ Installing work stations, connecting and setting up hardware

+ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent number of years of related experience may be substituted for formal education;

+ Two years in Help Desk Information Systems preferred with a minimum of two years as Client Support;

+ Must be 21 years of age

+ Certification in one or more of the following areas would be helpful: Microsoft, A+, Windows, Net+, Security;

+ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service and problem solving skills;

+ Requires flexibility, an ability to prioritize based on operational needs, and an ability to change activities quickly according to user needs.

+ Position requires driving to and from locations in the Denver Metro area, must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

+ Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination
