Job Description:



A college degree in Technical Management or similar is preferred, though candidates with real-world experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. The successful candidate should have experience in:

Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage and prioritize workflow. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to train, supervise and motivate subordinates. Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Ability to set up and conduct webinars. Creative, flexible, and innovative team player. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some travel to client locations.





Salary is commensurate with qualifications. A full benefits package is being offered, including health, life, disability insurance, 401(K), paid holidays, flex days, vision, and tuition reimbursement. No relocation is being offered.
