Help Desk Tech Support Representative

IT support technician is responsible for troubleshooting issues such as:




+ Office 365 issues

+ Password resets

+ Standard anti-virus issues

+ VPN access, domain access and basic network connectivity issues

+ Mapping network drives

+ Accessing Wi-Fi

+ Basic Active Directory administration

+ Team Viewer

+ Mobile device activation and support

+ Operating system installation with hardware and software troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to download drivers and install and troubleshoot printers

+ Basic fundamentals of TCP/IP

+ Peripheral troubleshooting



Responsibilities:




+ Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or TopDesk ticketing system

+ Performing remote troubleshooting

+ Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

+ Walk the client through the problem-solving process

+ Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support



Qualifications:




+ High school education or Equivalent.

+ Experience providing technical support from medium to large enterprise environments. Or college graduate in IT major.

+ Must have great attendance, attitude, reliability, ability to multitask, be a team player, outstanding customer service track record.
