**Helpdesk Support Specialist Level 2 Onsite - Mesa, AZ**

**Contract to Hire**

+ Filters Help Desk calls and provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.

+ May also escalate to IT applications support or call for outside vendor maintenance (Level 4), as needed.

+ A Level 1 tech gathers and analyzes information about the users issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem.

+ Level 1 may also provide support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented.

+ Managing and monitoring the Autotask environment, which includes helpdesk support for clients and users, monitoring and resolving trouble tickets

+ Provide remote and on-site support as required.

+ Technical troubleshooting over the phone

+ Provide field support services and support for various infrastructures, including Server 2003/2008/2012, Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, and LAN hardware

+ Become familiar with Office 365 and provide support.

+ Configure new equipment on behalf of clients, deliver and install equipment.

+ Monitor backups on behalf of clients

+ Other IT related duties as required.


+ 5 -10 years managed service experience or equivalent.

+ Intermediate Skills in Windows OS, Server, Networking, Printing and software support.

+ Able to install computers, switches, access points and firewalls with minimal assist.

+ Able to support backup, security and patch management tasks on desktops.

+ Experience with NCentral RMM a PLUS

+ Experience with Datto/Autotask a PLUS
