We have an exciting HR Assistant opportunity with a growing reputable company in Dublin,VA. The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and human resources support, including but not limited to reporting, data analysis, company policies, recruiting, onboarding, providing employment law expertise, and solving employee relations problems: (e.g., investigations, mediations, progressive discipline, employment terminations, etc.).


**_Pay rate:_** **$25 per hour**


**_Start Date:_** **Immediate**


**_Contract:_** **TEMPORARY Contract**


**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**


+ 2 years of related work experience required

+ Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems

+ Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

+ Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently


**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**


Responsible for analyzing and reporting staffing initiatives on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis such as Turnover/Attrition, Headcount, and Forecasting and make recommendations for action or improvement based upon results.


Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on initiatives such as Employee Relations, Exit Interview results, Retention/Stay Interview results, attendance metrics, and make recommendations for action or improvement based upon results.


Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests by the client, corporate office, and project leadership.


Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.


Responsible for converting complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.


Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions


Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations


Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork


Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities


Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns


Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, directories, or performance evaluation forms
