**Responsibilities/Duties:**


+ Provide overall office administrative function in the South Carolina Manufacturing facility

+ Provide day to day administrative support for department and division leads

+ Coordinate Division/ Department level annual activities (Risk Assessment, Records Management, Audits, etc.)

+ Support chain operations improvement themes


**Required Work Experience:**


3 to 5 years of professional administration or operations experience


**Required Education:**


Associate degree in Business Administration or similar


**Desired skills:**


+ Great interpersonal skills (able to interact with all levels within the organization)

+ Good communications skill (oral and written skills)

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.)

+ Able to manage confidential information with confidence

+ Notary Public is desirable, but not required


**Additional Position Factors:**


+ Primarily desk work with some light duty physical activity

+ Expectation is approximately 80% onsite to serve daily needs of department and top leadership

+ Minimal travel/ 10%

+ Overtime as needed depending on urgency and demand
