Temp to Hire

In this position you will be responsible for accurate execution of the ADP TS 401(k) Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) implementation tasks (e.g. take over deductions, loan set up, eligibility and website access) and ongoing support on day-to-day

Plan administration, audit, participant communication and resolving plan participant issues to ensure optimal delivery of participant satisfaction.

Support 401k Plan testing functions with adopting employers to resolve errors, process changes in plan data and investigate issues.

**Day to Day Duties** :

Respond to inquiries regarding 401(k) technical, compliance and product questions by researching and resolving issues.

Communicates discrepancies and resolutions between Vendor and ADP.

Assist with the coordination of the annual MEP Audit. Gather indicative and financial data as required to allow completion of the annual audit and form 5500 Filing.

Ensure compliance of procedures relating to internal audits, data security and service level agreements with vendors and internal clients.

Coordinate plan amendment requests to ensure proper documentation is on file for plan compliance.

Update ADP internal systems to reflect the amendment and coordinate the changes with Vendor and Payroll to ensure payroll is updated.

Process Participant eligibility, loans, and take-over deductions

Maintain and update Plan and participant data in the record-keeping system.

Handle escalated issues and provide internal support to associates with participant issue resolution.

Provide day to day coaching, feedback, training and support.

Assist with training new hires and less-tenured associates.

Maintain department SLAs, reviews real time performance and is responsive to volume peaks by redeploying resources as necessary.

Serve as a mentor to the team.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.


+ HS Diploma/GED (Bachelors preferred)

+ Experience with Payroll or Human Resources

+ Experience with 401K
