Kelly Services has partnered with a Fortune 500 company that is looking to fill a **temporary/contract HR Benefits Manager** position in **St Paul, MN** . The contract is paying **$44** an hour, and is set to last at least four months from the contract start date.

Working with this client, you will be assigned to an American global provider of water, hygiene and energy technologies and services to the food, energy, healthcare, industrial and hospitality markets. The company employs over 40,000 individuals, and has a net income of US $1.5 billion.

**The Managers main responsibilities are:**

+ support special projects relating to the administration and data integrity of a broad range of health, welfare and insurance benefit plans, programs and policies, including but not limited to ongoing and annual processes, regulatory compliance, communications, process improvement, vendor management support and data and program quality assurance.

+ Manage health, welfare and group benefits plans, programs and policies to ensure accurate and effective administration, including the implementation of new provisions and plans

+ Ensures plans, policies and programs comply with all regulatory entity mandates and new provision are implemented

+ Partner with Benefits leaders to manage vendor relationships and provide benefits expertise and consultative services to internal and external partners

+ As assigned, participate in the development of effective employee/retiree communication materials, including summary plan descriptions, intra- and internet content to educate participants on benefits plans, policies and programs
