Description and Requirements

The HCM Manager, Clinician Services is responsible for working with Clinician Services management team to ensure that the WCG MedAvante-ProPhase Principle Clinician cohort is effectively managed.  The WCG Clinician cohort is mainly located outside the U.S.  This role will focus on assisting with the Clinical Services team; clinicians, Clinical Scientists, and Key Opinion Leaders. Responsibilities include recruitment, on-boarding, contracting as needed, maintenance and off-boarding.  The HCM Manager, Clinician Services will also focus on building WCGs external reputation among the internal and external clinician population.

  • Work with the Clinician Services and Clinical Science management teams to determine the level of staffing needed to meet clinical trial requirements.
  • Accurately track and represent the current Principle Clinician workforce as well as the available standby pool.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely global administration of Principle Clinician contracts, including contract creation through contract termination.  Maintaining renewals and extensions.
  • Ensure that legal requirements, U.S. and outside U.S., and company policies are followed in managing the Principle Clinician workforce.
  • Partnering with the Human Capital Management Shared Services group to ensure that Principle Clinician on-boarding is completed in a timely and accurate way.
  • Continuous Improvement of the Principle Clinician WCG MAPP experience, including contract completion, on-boarding/off-boarding, communication, training, etc.  
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition leadership to streamline the Principle Clinician recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure efficient payment of Principle Clinicians, communicating any changes in contract terms in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the global Principal Clinician database.
  • Lead the Principal Clinician recruitment process, being the conduit between Clinical Science management team, Talent Acquisition and the candidate.
  • Attend industry events for the purposes of building WCG MAPP awareness among Principal Clinicians, building brand awareness.
  • Provide input regarding resourcing to aid in BD bids as requested

  • Bachelors Degree in business, Human Resources or related field, required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience managing a global contingent workforce required.
  • One year of experience directly working with employment contracts, global experience a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting, including interviewing and candidate selection required.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent organization, problem solving/decision making skills.
  • Fluent in English, bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills are preferred. 
  • Expert computer skills with proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within the company.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering against set objectives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey data in a visual format.
