Partner with HR Director to lead HR activities, including implementation projects to support customer growth

- Develop and maintain project plans

- Document decisions

- Escalate issues, risks and needed decisions

- Connect with other areas in HR or the business to resolve issues

- Coordinate meetings to discuss issues, status or decisions

- Support the transition of activities from current HR Director to future HR Leader or current team members

Provide HR consultation as needed on:

- Workforce planning

- Change management

- Staffing needs and hiring decisions

- Organization design and changes


- Bachelors degree required

- 5 -10 years related HR experience

- Experience leading projects and providing project management support

- Computer proficiency with basic computer software such as the Microsoft Office suite are required.
