Kelly Services is actively looking for a HR Coordinator for a 6+ month contract assignment located in Canonsburg, PA 15317.



Pay rate: $27/hour



This contractor will serve as the liaison between the HR field population and the centers of excellence. They should have a good HR coordinator or generalist background.They will also be doing a lot of HR reporting; must have a strong technical aptitude and experience with HRIS systems - preference for SAP or Tableau with HRIS interface



Role Summary:In this position, you will primarily act as the go-to for the HR team to support with various human resources workstreams and activities. You should be a proactive communicator, with strong organizational and execution skills, attention to detail, and someone who can successfully balance competing demands and priorities and be solutions focused to meet business objectives.Essential Responsibilities: The HR Coordinator will work with the HR Leader and HR Partners on various requests that may be tactical and strategic in nature, such as transactional pieces of an employee lifecycle and organization level projects and initiatives Partner with Centers of Expertise and other groups to complete requests which help alleviate the HR teams time away from their clients. Research and deep dive into road blocks that come up to deliver solutions while ensuring information provided to our clients is accurate. Become an expert on tools and processes and share learnings with the respective HR team regarding best practices, system updates, and knowing who to contact. Own client data analytics by providing employee details as needed to HR Partners, including specialized reporting and analysis. Analyze and interpret data as required to support HR strategy organization fitness design metrics in core functional areas retention, span and layers compliance, diversity, etc. Act as a backup operations specialist for the team and complete special projects outside of the normal HR Coordinator scope, including: employee engagement events, trainings, Organization Talent Development initiatives, etc. Assure compliance with all applicable local laws and corporate policies/guidelines



Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in a human resources, business, or liberal arts discipline from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 to 4+ years of relevant Human Resources experience Legal authorization to work in the US is requiredDesired Characteristics: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills combined with strong drive to create a positive work environment Demonstrated success in a matrixed organizational structure Internal and external customer service focus experience Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with HRIS and facilitation of transactional HR activities Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills
