Our client, an American multinational company, is currently seeking a **Human Resources (HR) Coordinator for a 6-month temporary position** . The position is **REMOTE.**

The hours and pay for this position are as follows




+ Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

+ Pay rate is up to $20.00-23.00 per hour W2 depending on experience



In this role, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of confidential candidate information and interfacing with candidates and hiring teams as you schedule interviews, and process candidate expense reports.


**Responsibilities:**

-Processing new hires through the Applicant Tracking and Onboarding systems, ensuring all candidates are statused appropriately.

-Manage the pre-employment process to include background checks, drug screening, etc., by working directly with third-party vendors and participating health-screening labs.

-Participate in the design, on-going improvement and execution of the pre-employment onboarding activities.

-Process expense checks for reimbursement for recruitment activities. Initiate candidate relocation and authorizations.

-Lead interview scheduling by coordinating multiple schedules working with candidates, hiring managers, executive assistants and recruiters.


**Education/Experience:**



This role is ideal for someone interested in an entry point into Human Resources. Bachelors degree in HR or related field OR 3+ years general business experience with a high school diploma. Talent Acquisition or HR experience is preferred

**Knowledge/Skills:**

Knowledge of recruitment process

High energy level and positive attitude

Knowledge of SAP HR Technology and Applicant Tracking systems preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, planning skills and exceptional follow up skills

Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize, and strong sense of urgency

Exceptional interpersonal skills
