Description **Job Description**

1. Coordinates and provides support to the HR function on data gathering, data integration and basic interpretation and analysis such as: preparation and distribution of internal communications, calendar and travel arrangements, development of presentations, meeting coordination, handles and custodians sensitive personnel and company information, keeps employees files and HR Department files updated, processes all forms required by local Government Agencies related to Child Support Enforcement, Chauffeur Insurance, ASUME, handles the delivery of documentation to Labor Legal Counselors (Corporate Legal and external legal counselors), processes employee s garnishment deductions thru the Payroll Team, prepares the HR Scorecards, keeps monthly trends of HR metrics and custodians and keeps up dated the site Job Description Binders.

2. Assists in the HR Portal administration by: providing feedback to assist in developing client service improvement projects.

3. Provides on-boarding and orientation to new employees as appropriate.

4. Prepares and monitors the Affirmative Action Program.

5. Reports the request of miscellaneous payroll payments ( i.e. relocation bonuses, tuition reimbursement , referral program) and, processes Severance Payment requests, prepares severance reports and respective documentation

6. Supports the HR Director in the preparation and tracking of the HR Budget.

7. Provides HR support to Manati HR Function on special projects as required.

**Requirements**

Bachelor degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business Administration, Office Administration System or Human Resources

Three (3) years experience directly related to office administration duties/responsibilities

Fully bilingual (excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish)

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and SAP software Self-starter, strong problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills

High diplomacy and tact to deal with visitors, telephone requests and plant/office personnel in a fast paced environment

High sense of accountability, resilience and confidentiality Strong planning and organizing skills.

Available for 3 months.
