Our client, creates chemistry for a sustainable future, is currently seeking an HR Data Analyst **for** a 6 month temporary position. This position will start remote however the client would prefer the candidate is located near Florham Park, NJ.

The hours for this position are as follows



Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm





Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour





BUSINESS OVERVIEW



The myHR Shared Service Center is the single point of contact providing HR Solutions/Services to all Employees, Managers and the HR team in North America. This position resides within myHR Data Management team and manages HR data for the North America Region.





PURPOSE OF THE JOB



HR Data Specialist is responsible for the processing of confidential employee information including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive data for all the North America Region. Responsibilities include updating SAP with all life cycle changes, including new hires and terminations.





PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES




+ Maintain the personnel administration information for all employee life cycle changes, including new hire/rehire, termination/retirement, organizational changes, work location changes and salary changes in SAP.

+ Analyze manager and HR requests via CRM to determine required action and needed system updates.

+ Audits data entry in SAP daily to review data accuracy and FRC compliance

+ Work effectively in an HR Shared Services team environment with a focus on supporting a positive employee and manager experience





KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE




+ BA/BS degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources/Business preferred.

+ Strong HR functional and technical knowledge experience in SAP Personnel Administration or other similar applications preferred.

+ Human Resources process experience including Shared Service Center, HR Master Data, Payroll and Benefits disciplines.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, problem solving, communication, project management and leadership skills.

+ Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

+ Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, as well as see projects through with limited guidance.

+ Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

+ Self-motivated with excellent listening skills and attention to detail.

+ Technically savvy to leverage system functionality to meet business requirements.
