**Human Resource Generalist NEEDED- $20/hr!!**


Our agency is in search of an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, benefits administration, terminations, performance management, payroll item resolution, credentialing, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

Excellent communication skills Ability to multi task Excellent organizational abilities Attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sound judgment and problem-solving skills Positive, customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Familiarity with MS Office suite Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Strong knowledge of hiring processes, understanding of HR best practices and current regulations, familiarity with policy development and documentation.





**RESPONSIBILITIES:**



Provide high-quality advice and service to management and non-management staff on employee relations and performance items. Maintain, update and track Performance Management and improvement systems. Facilitate New Employee Orientation Maintain and process Benefits Administration items, responsible for full cycle recruiting, assist with updating job descriptions and policies as needed. Implement and administer employee policies, organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding processes. Responsible to obtain, monitor and track provider credential items, explain and provide information on employee benefits. Represent employer in Human Resources sponsored events- i.e. job fairs, etc. Process New Hire and Termed employee items. Answer employee questions and address employee concerns with all other HR related items. Perform other HR related items as assigned.





**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**



Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Masters Degree preferred 3 to 5 years experience in general HR practices. Experience using an electronic payroll system, Paycor preferred. Experience using an HRIS/HRM, ATS system, Paycor preferred.





**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**



Moderate exposure to adverse working conditions in performing certain activities Must be able to hear and speak clearly in order to communicate information to staff, vendors, etc Vision adequate to read documents and a computer screen Manual dexterity; the ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently; ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend frequently.
