Kelly Services is seeking a HR/Office Assistant for a client in San Jose CA



Job Description: JOB DUTIES:



1. 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources

2. Making sure that employees follow company policies

3. Must have good communication skills both oral and written and friendly personality

4. Good in meeting employees, customers and vendors

5. Consistent in maintaining

Engineering Excel spreadsheet

Non-immigrant documents Excel spreadsheet

Employees files

Corporate housing

Contracts

6. Supporting the CEO in his travel arrangements and other administrative support as needed

7. Organizing office events

8. Assisting employees with their benefit questions. Will be provided a manual and training for it.

9. Onboarding of new hire employees, conducting their Induction orientation session

10. Maintaining office supplies

11. Handling payables and bank deposits

12. Knowledge in Power Point (intermediate)

13. Business or HR Degree preferred but not required

14. Support visa processing no experience required for this. Will be trained.
