Kelly Services is hiring for a Human Resources assistant for our key client in Keene NH.

As a Human Resources Operations Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Management Department and Sr. Director.


- Greet and assist employees, vendors, and visitors.

- Coordinate and prepare various correspondences, record keeping, and file maintenance, etc.

- Maintain various spreadsheets/databases and create reports, as requested.

- Complete special project work, as assigned.

- Implement human resource solutions that will promote the strategic direction of the business. This may include involvement in the areas of employment, employee relations, employee development, training, human resource planning, performance management and recruitment.

- Coordinate the activities of support and/or specialist groups as necessary.

- Consults with Manager on more complex HR issues/projects.

- Leads recruiting project or program, may direct recruiters and other staff.

- Assists Recruiters with scheduling interviews with candidates, referring applicants to specific position openings, administering pre-employment forms and tests, checking references and processing changes with regard to employee status.

- Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.



- 1-3 year(s) of previous experience in Human Resources processes and procedures

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Good telephone skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a friendly and helpful attitude

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
