**Job Description**


The HR Ops Support Specialist role in East Hartford, CT, is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Human Resources! As an HR Ops Support Specialist, you'll be part of a team which supports employee data via HRIS transactions such as updating employee data, HR data review and validation, and auditing and correcting of employee HR data.


Your primary responsibilities will include processing HRIS transactions such as:

- new hire activation

- promotions/demotions/lateral moves

- pay grade, title, and/or compensation changes

- service anniversaries

- leave of absences


The HR Ops Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced team environment and will help to identify and drive process improvements and find efficiencies. Additionally, you will also analyze data issues and provide Relentless Root Cause Analysis in problem resolution.


**Requirements**


Required Skills:

- Strict attention to detail

- Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Able to adapt to changing priorities

- Flexible

- Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems


Desired Skills:

- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Workday, and/or ADP Enterprise version 5 (or similar systems) is ideal

would be an added plus but is not required if candidate is tech savvy and can learn new systems quickly (training will be provided)

- Bachelor-s degree strongly preferred
