Kelly Services is currently seeking a full time **HR Systems Administrator** for one of our top clients, one of the largest eye-wear companies in the world located in Mason, OH!


**Pay:** $25.92


**Start Date:** Immediately


**Length of assignment:** 12 weeks


**Schedule:** Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


**GENERAL FUNCTION**

The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance, data integrity and ongoing testing and improvements for HR applications. The HR Systems Administrator performs data analysis, reporting, and researches for business initiatives and decision-making. The HR Systems Administrator would partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HRBPs, Payroll, and Operations to manage SuccessFactors Recruiting, and other HR application activities.


**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Administration of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing modules with the potential to grow into the other areas

Leads system update process, including making appropriate recommendations to process owners, leading configuration and testing, and training end users

Lead cross-functional team and project meetings, working collaboratively with all necessary individuals to achieve the goals of each given project

Builds, maintains and supports a variety of reports, simple and complex, to support the business and internal auditors.

Manages/maintains the Recruiting integrations and interfaces

Manages the new hire process from the point of job acceptance to employee in SAP HCM and correct exceptions

Conducts research and analysis regarding trends, patterns, and issues to identify opportunities and solve problems.

Works closely with department leadership to fully maximize and enhance the HR applications, via collecting and researching specific business and compliance requirements

Ensures consistent delivery of established service level agreements within the ticketing system through active, ongoing management and resolution

Manages the ongoing maintenance and data integrity of existing systems, including all integrations, reports and training documentation, as well as perform regular system audits


**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

B.S/B.A. degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years experience work experience

1+ years HRIS experience **required**

SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing modules experience

Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, and data analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications

Ability to organize and prioritize

Adaptability and flexibility to both work individually as well as within a team

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills.

Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills are essential.

Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, customers, and vendors

Strong facilitation/consulting skills

Skill in influencing others and outcomes


**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

5+ years HRIS experience required, preferably utilizing SuccessFactors Suite

Boomi and Integration Center experience

Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, data analysis or auditing required
