Kelly Services is seeking an HR Systems Analyst for one of our top clients St. Paul, MN.


**Length:** 3-6 Months (Contract W2)


**Type:** Contract W2There is no per diem with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.


**Pay Rate:** $45.00/hr. (W2) Flexible


**Schedule:** CST

This assignment is responsible for providing systems support and analysis, to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information and systems. This role is responsible for the day-to-day ownership and administration of the organization's HR systems, including talent acquisition, talent and learning management, and Workday/ERP systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing system configuration, data migration, integrations, system testing, end-user training and assistance, reporting, and de-bugging. Will service as the key contact for users at all levels of the organization, who access critical HR processes via the systems.


**A Day in the Life:**


+ Assignment will be 100% remote to start; potentially changing to hybrid requiring worker to be onsite at an Eagan campus in the future.

+ Responsible for working with process owners and business partners, to define the organizations requirements as it relates to HR systems; responsible for data migration; performs configuration and ensures integration with Workday and other systems

+ Evaluated system functionality to determine viability of new modules or enhancements

+ Responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing Workday/ERP system upgrades or patches

+ Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of update or fix

+ Maintain system data integrity, by running queries and analyzing and auditing data

+ Develop and maintain system documentation, including business processes and procedures

+ Develop end-user guidelines and documentation

+ Provide input on training to business and HR staff, to ensure staff can navigate Workday, and perform processes related to their needs

+ Suggests and drives functionality and enhancements with the vendor, based on business process owner needs and end-user feedback

+ Research best practices for potential use

+ Maintain relationships with business stakeholders (i.e., IT, Finance, Operations, and outside vendors) to ensure support of Workday

+ Ensures system security permissions are appropriately set-up

+ Creates a variety of custom and standard reports or data files for ongoing customer needs

+ Responds to questions and issues related to system functionality via phone, email, in-person, or via ticketing system; research and report system defects/bugs to vendor, to ensure timely resolution


**Required Skills and Experience:**


+ 5+ years of related professional experience

+ Solid experience with Workday Payroll and Time Tracking (TT) Business Analyst expertise

+ Proven ability to configure payroll and time tracking (business process, rules, set up tables, etc.), not looking for someone to run payroll

+ Ability to create and edit integrations (Payroll, Fidelity, etc.)

+ Ability to create and edit reports

+ Experience in basic application languages and report writing tools

+ Strong computer literacy and orientation, including knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel and database software

+ Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical users.

+ Proven experience managing confidential information and sensitive employee data

+ Proven analytical, problem solving, and project management skills


**Nice to Have:**


+ Bachelors Degree

+ Experience with Workday HR

+ Experience in report writing applications, such as Adhoc Query, Business Objects, Cognos and Crystal Report writing

+ SQL HTML experience
