My name is George Rogers and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill an **HR Transition Manager** position in **Exton, PA.** I have attached the details of the opportunity below:





**Duration: 6+ months**



**Pay: $70.00 - $80.00/HOUR**





*****Please note: This position to be based in Exton, PA, but the individual will work remotely until office re-opens. The candidate must be local to the area, because of this contract is extended or converted the role will need to be onsite.**







**Description:**





**Transition Manager Role**





This role is key to manage the transition of work between locations into our key Business Solutions Hubs. Coordinates transition from respective location. Contributes to meeting Transition Program objectives within quality, time and budget targets, and for managing associated risks.




+ Focus is on the Human Resources Transformation Program.

+ Manage planning and day-to-day transition project execution from respective location using defined standard TBS transition methodology.

+ Coordinate and lead all wave/projects while closely aligning with site transition lead to ensure that deliverables are executed as planned from both a quality and milestones perspective.

+ Monitoring of transition progress and regular reporting of progress within the Smartsheet portfolio management tool.

+ Proactively ensure regular alignment of all stakeholders lead weekly Project Team Meetings, set weekly deliverables for the Project Team to complete, and lead Toll Gate meetings.

+ Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external business partners.

+ Responsible for completeness of project related documentation.

+ Support Project Delivery Solutions adhoc projects and initiatives as required based on Portfolio Prioritization.





**Qualifications:**






+ Must have experience and understanding of project management tools / methodologies within a transition environment.

+ At least 1-3 years of Project Management experience.

+ Familiarity with Project Management Tools i.e. MS Project and/or Smartsheets.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional meetings with Leads and Executive Leadership.

+ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

+ Adaptable with an ability to easily understand and digest new/complex information.

+ Accurate, structured and logical approach to Risk Management.

+ Collaborate and interact with all levels within the organization.

+ Proactiveness in problem solving.

+ Familiarity with HR Services functions and/or models.

+ Academic background preferably in human resources/ finance/ accounting / economics.

+ Previous HR Services transition Experience.

+ Professional experience in process transitions.
