Requirements

- 2+ years of experience administering employee benefit plans.

- Knowledgeable in benefits administration and compliance, enjoys employee interaction.

- 4+ years of HR systems administration experience.

- Proficient in data analysis.

- Experience with report writing and design tools.

- Ability to interpret large amount of data.

- Proficient in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP function and creating formulas.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized and detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.

- Bachelor-s degree in HR or Business Administration or a Human Resources Certificate or equivalent work experience preferred

- This position will require the following physical requirements; standing 12.5%, walking 12.5%, sitting 75%, lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally.

- This position will require the following mental requirements; written and oral communication (70%), read and interpret data, information and documents (25%), problem solving (5%).
