Description **Job Description**


- Perform data entry and maintenance of employees- records for HR Business partners, including:

o Job and compensation changes, coordinating with payroll effective dates

o Terminations, incl. final payment coordination with payroll

o Department and cost center updates

- Coordinate other tasks to support employees changes, including:

o Termination checklists to managers and employee

o Setup of departments for new people managers

o Job & comp confirmation statements for promotions in place

- Interact with ADP as needed during system upgrades to ensure existing settings remain intact

- Process new job codes requests from Compensation

- Oversee system access requests among practitioners and handle password resets

- Work directly with HRBP-s, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Payroll on projects across a wide range of purposes.

- Track completion of requisition request approvals with HRBP, Compensation and Finance


- Associate degree, BA/BS degree preferred.

- Computer proficiency with basic computer software such as the Microsoft Office suite are required.

- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
