Ops Issue & track keys/FOBS, maintain database & make key copies as needed Monthly
Ops Issue & track monthly/quarterly/annual safety & excellence awards Monthly
Ops Issue & track employee boot vouchers Monthly
Ops Input characterizations as needed Weekly
Ops Order Leadpoint, operations, safety & office supplies as needed Monthly
Ops Greet & direct visitors Daily
Ops Answer, screen & route Recyclery phone calls Daily
Ops Pick-up & distribute Recyclery mail, FedEx and UPS packages Daily
Ops Coordinate safety & employee appreciation events, meetings & office lunches as needed As Needed
Ops Perform general administrative duties (Copy/send documents, create announcements, organize meetings, etc.) As Needed
Ops Maintain copy supplies for printers & check inventory for office supplies As Needed
Ops Maintain internal phone list As Needed

HR Manage employee appreciation programs (Anniversary & Birthday) Monthly
HR Answer misc employee questions regarding leave of absence, benefits, etc. Daily
HR Submit PAF forms Weekly
HR Submit Pcard/T&E card activations & changes As Needed
HR Submit CA/Federal W-4 enrollments & changes Weekly
HR Submit 401K enrollments & changes Weekly
