Kelly Services is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner for a company located in Plymouth, MN!


This is a direct hire position! You will be hired on with the company right away from the beginning!


**Pay Rate:**


- $50,000+ depending on previous experience


**Hours:**


- Monday to Friday (8:00am 4:30pm)


- There is flexibility in the schedule


**Job Duties:**


**Technical Recruiting (50%)**


- Standardize and document recruiting process for the company.


- Coordinate with colleges and universities to participates in career fairs to recruit candidates that complement companies culture and values.


- Utilize online tools/social media to recruit technical staff at various levels of experience.


- Maintain Careers section of companys web page.


- Research and generate a list of potential candidates for open positions.


- Make initial contact with experienced candidates.


- Maintain reporting mechanism that allows company management to view candidates status in the recruiting process.


- Filter candidates via phone/web interviews before presenting to hiring managers.


- Submit vetted candidates to hiring managers.


- Administer applications and Wondelic aptitude testing with candidates.


- Schedule online and on-site interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


- Prepare and deliver offer letters to selected candidates.


- Review companys benefits with selected candidates.


**Human Resources (50%)**


- Create and update job descriptions.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company organization charts.


- Serve as lead employee for administration of FMLA and maintain OSHA logs.


- Maintain accurate employee records.


- Conduct equal employment opportunity (EEO) reporting.


- Stay abreast of employment laws.


- Lead Employee Engagement Committee.


- Serve on Safety Committee.


- Handle employee benefits management, open enrollment, and benefits questions.


- Maintain company handbook for accuracy and compliance with employment laws.


**Requirements:**


- Bachelors degree in human resources, communications, business, or related field


- 2+ years of experience with recruiting technical staff


- Understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws


- Strong Interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills


- High level of professionalism


- Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
